When it comes to your oral health, precision is the key to the success of any dental procedure. Whether you are planning dental implant placement, wisdom tooth extraction, or treating a complex root canal case, a standard 2D X-ray is often not sufficient.

At our center, we use the latest generation of CBCT equipment that delivers uncompromising image quality and a level of detail that has not previously been available on our market.

What Is CBCT (3D Dental Imaging)?

Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) represents the gold standard of modern dentistry. Unlike conventional medical CT, CBCT uses a cone-shaped X-ray beam that enables ultra-high resolution while delivering a significantly lower radiation dose.

While a medical CT scan can expose a patient to radiation equivalent to 200–300 standard panoramic X-rays, our advanced CBCT system emits a dose comparable to only 2–8 low-dose scans, making it a safe choice for patients.

Why Is Our CBCT Imaging Superior?

Not all 3D scans are the same. Diagnostic quality directly depends on the technology used.

When Do You Need a 3D Scan?

Thanks to multiplanar visualization (sagittal, axial, and coronal views), your dentist can virtually “navigate” through your jaw from every angle. Key indications include:

  1. Implantology: Precise measurement of bone height, width, and density prior to implant placement.
  2. Oral surgery: Localization of impacted teeth and assessment of the relationship between wisdom teeth and the mandibular canal.
  3. Endodontics: Detection of hidden root canals and vertical root fractures that are not visible on 2D X-rays.
  4. Sinuses and pathology: Detailed evaluation of the maxillary sinuses, cysts, and other bone-related changes.

Benefits You Receive With Us

Patient note: During the scan, it is very important to remain completely still, as the high precision of our equipment captures even the smallest movements. Although CBCT provides excellent visualization of teeth and bone, it is important to note that soft tissues (such as gums or muscles) are less visible compared to hard structures.
